🌙 Midnight Prayer – A Prayer in the Silence of the Night
Lord my God,
in this quiet midnight hour, I come into Your presence.
While the world is asleep,
I choose to seek You.
While everything is silent,
I open my heart to hear Your voice.
You know my thoughts before I speak them.
You see the burdens I carry
and the battles no one else sees.
Tonight, I place in Your hands
every worry that steals my peace,
every fear that returns in the darkness,
every question without an answer.
Visit my heart with Your peace.
Calm my anxious mind.
Restore my tired soul.
Let Your light shine into every dark place of my life.
Replace sadness with hope.
Replace fear with trust.
Protect my home as I rest.
Cover my family, my path, and my future.
Surround me with Your angels
and keep me safe from all harm.
Even if I cannot see tomorrow clearly,
I trust that You are already there.
I rest in You.
I wait on You.
I believe in You.
